Welcome to Casa Estrella, an ideal holiday home for up to 6 guests, located in the Residencial Begur development in a peaceful area of Begur, on the Costa Brava. This charming property offers a perfect combination of comfort, spaciousness and nature, surrounded by mountains and within easy reach of the Mediterranean coast.
The house is arranged over three floors and provides all the amenities needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
On the main floor, there is a spacious living and dining room with a welcoming fireplace, ideal for relaxing. The room also has a flat-screen Smart TV and direct access to the terrace, from where guests can enjoy pleasant panoramic views. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, grill, refrigerator with freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, wine cooler and Nespresso coffee machine, as well as all the utensils needed to prepare meals comfortably during the stay.
For hygiene and food safety reasons, no food products are provided in the house, including salt, sugar, oil, coffee, water or similar items.
The house has three comfortable bedrooms, all with private bathrooms and air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant stay throughout the year.
On the main floor, there is a spacious suite with a 180 × 200 cm bed. This bedroom features a Smart TV with Amazon Alexa, a Nespresso coffee machine and air conditioning. The private bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, double washbasin and separate toilet. The suite also has a private balcony.
On the upper floor, there is a second suite with a private bathroom equipped with a double washbasin, bathtub and separate toilet. This bedroom also has a Smart TV with Google Home.
The third bedroom is located on the lower floor and has air conditioning and two 90 × 200 cm single beds. It also has a private bathroom and direct access to a large terrace, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Begur and the Costa Brava.
Outside, the house features a well-maintained garden and a spacious terrace furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture, ideal for dining outside, sunbathing or reading in peaceful surroundings. The sun terrace offers pleasant mountain views.
The property also includes a parking space and Wi-Fi. There are stray cats in the area that may occasionally wander through the garden.
Pets are welcome, subject to an additional charge of €30 per pet.
The location is very convenient. The municipal swimming pool and paddle tennis courts are only 300 metres away. The centre of Begur, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are approximately 1.5 km from the property. The nearest sandy beach is around 4 km away.
The amenities provided are an initial courtesy intended to make guests’ arrival easier and cover their first basic needs. Guests must purchase any products they require during their stay, as amenities are not replenished.
The cleaning fee includes the final cleaning, bed linen and one set of towels per person, consisting of one bath towel and one hand towel. Changes of bed linen or towels during the stay are not included unless they have been booked in advance as an additional service.
