As we reach 2024, Immobiliària Comangau is about to enter a new phase. Mrs. Maria Dolors Dalmau’s daughter is taking over, bringing with her the continuity of values, dedication, and excellence that have characterized the company from the beginning. With a fresh and innovative vision, Laura Cama is determined to maintain the spirit of Immobiliària Comangau and lead it towards new horizons.

With the arrival of 1990, Immobiliària Comangau marked a new chapter in its history with the inauguration of its new facilities at Carrer Ramon Llull 1B, where we are currently established. In 1993, Mrs. Maria Dolors Dalmau made the decision to continue with her vision and took over the part of the company that she had previously shared with Mr. Juan Selva. From that moment on, with the support of her team, Mrs. Maria Dolors Dalmau led the company with passion and dedication.
