The apartment is located on the second floor and has four bedrooms, making it an ideal choice for families or groups of friends looking for space, comfort and proximity to the beach.
The living and dining room is bright and comfortable and is equipped with digital television. From this area, guests can enjoy the sea views and access the private terrace, which is perfect for relaxing and appreciating the peaceful coastal surroundings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, induction hob, toaster, electric kettle, microwave and electric coffee machine, allowing guests to prepare meals comfortably throughout their stay.
For hygiene and food safety reasons, no food products are provided in the apartment, including salt, sugar, oil, coffee, water or similar items.
The bedrooms are designed to provide guests with a comfortable and restful stay. The main bedroom has a 150 × 190 cm double bed. Another bedroom is furnished with two 90 × 180 cm single beds, and there is also a bedroom with bunk beds, which is particularly practical for families with children or groups.
The private terrace measures approximately 7 m² and is furnished with outdoor furniture. It offers pleasant sea views and is an ideal place for breakfast outside, relaxing after a day at the beach or enjoying the Mediterranean climate.
The apartment also has a washing machine, high chair and cot, providing additional convenience for families travelling with young children.
The amenities provided are an initial courtesy intended to make guests’ arrival easier and cover their first basic needs. Guests must purchase any products they require during their stay, as amenities are not replenished.
The cleaning fee includes the final cleaning, bed linen and one set of towels per person, consisting of one bath towel and one hand towel. Changes of bed linen or towels during the stay are not included unless they have been booked in advance as an additional service.
Pets are welcome, subject to an additional charge of €30 per pet.
